4 pots of sticky rice prepared to make approx 200 bajangs. Ingredients are pork, shimp, shitake mushroom, sticky rice, peanut, chinese saucesage, and gingo fruit. The secret of nice wrapping is the setting of rice on bamboo leaf and the wrapping technique, which few people can perform.
