Yellow shirts are worn to express the royalty to their beloved king.
Government anounced June 9, 2006 as national holiday, for people to join the auspicious celebration.
The holiday for Bangkok and vicinity area extend to June 12-13 to ease the convenience of those head of states who come to join the royal celebration.
Area decoration are malvelous both days and nights. From the Grand Palace along Rajdamnoen and Rajdamnoen Nok avenue, through the Rama V statue and Ananta Smakom Palace, are out fit with many celebrating arches.
The royal barge on Chaopraya river will be demonstrated in late afternoon of June 12. Final rehersal is on June 9. The afternoon sun light together with the spot light brighten the gloden shine of the barge and the pagodas on the river side.
The great fireworks are set on June 9, 10, 11 and 17 at many places.
